Your monthly credits reset on the 1st of each calendar month.
Unused monthly credits can roll over to the next month, but only for one month. For example, if you have 10 credits left at the end of January, they'll be available in February along with your new monthly credits. However, those rolled-over credits expire at the end of February if not used.
